When one is on diet, what are the things to avoid? Reduce consumption of refined carbohydrates from bread and sugar, pastry, noodles, pasta, biscuits, cakes, and desserts;
- Drink raw vegetable juices;
- Increase the consumption of raw vegetables and fruits;
- Avoid fatty, deep fried, and processed foods;
- Avoid all margarines;
- Avoid sugary drinkd and foods;
- Avoid artificial sweeteners; Limit turkey and chicken that is not free range as this contains antibiotics, steroids, and artificial growth hormones that causes liver's workload to increase.

One should also limit the consumption of dairy foods, such as milk, cream, processed cheese, and butter. Instead, go for cheese, such as parmesan, ricotta, or cottage, and organic yogurt.
Fresh soy product, rice milks and oat milks have great benefits to the liver. And most important of all, drink 2 liters of water per day.
